Urban Catalyst created this award winning comprehensive redevelopment in partnership with the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham secured planning consent and commenced development.

It brought together Central Government finance to provide social facilities such as a new library together with a highly successful residential development in a mixed use environment. The scheme embraced sustainability and place making in bringing about the regeneration of this east end of
London town.
